Built in the mid 60s by a physician and grandson of Thomas Walton, President of A&M in the 1940's. Perfect for a graduation, football game, wedding group, or sports team. Owners are Aggies '89 & ‘90 but we welcome the rest of the SEC.

The neighborhood is a very nice, quiet and safe area located conveniently very near Texas Avenue and midway between Texas A&M and historic downtown Bryan. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
